REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Aurzelle Beauté Jade Facial Massage Set.
Broken or damaged items
If your set arrives broken or damaged, we will send you a new product or refund you. Email us at aurzellecouture45@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Wrong item
If you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and photos. We will send the right item or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Once we have reviewed your request, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Refunds take 6 to 15 days to arrive, depending on your bank or card provider.
Used items
Because this is a personal care item, we cannot accept returns of used items or returns for change of mind.

Shipping is a flat $10 (USD). Orders over $150 ship free.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
